An unconventional mill
Our mill? We wanted it to be unique. At La Seggianese, milling traditions come together with technology and design in a space that revolutionizes the concept of the oil mill.
In the same way that we took down the barriers between the different steps of the oil milling process, we also removed the interior walls from our mill. The spaces are now divided with glass allowing for transparency and continual conversation throughout the process.
This transparency extends into the public spaces in the mill as well. From our tasting room overlooking the mill visitors can observe the transformation of individual lots of olives into the oil of a specific producer. All while enjoying an aperitivo of local specialties.
